I had the opportunity to lead a comprehensive product design project for Daebak Company, focusing on the rebranding and redesign of their subscription box service. This project was centered around the spring and summer seasons, where my role involved setting the tone of voice, crafting the user experience journey, and developing a new graphic design profile.
Working closely with stakeholders, designers, and developers, I played a key role in creating a cohesive design system and an updated website that reflected the refreshed brand identity. Utilizing tools like Adobe Illustrator, I designed visually striking and functional subscription boxes that captured the essence of the seasons. The project required a balance of creativity and practicality, ensuring that every design element, from color palettes to typography, not only embodied the spirit of spring and summer but also enhanced the unboxing experience for customers.
This project was a testament to the power of collaborative efforts in achieving a unified brand vision, ultimately delivering a product that resonated with both the company and its audience.
Central to this project was the development of the user journey, where I mapped out the complete experience from the first point of contact to the final unboxing moment. Through detailed wireframes, I laid the groundwork for an intuitive and engaging website, ensuring that every interaction felt effortless and aligned with the brand’s new tone.
I contributed to UX writing, carefully crafting microcopy that guided users through their journey with clear, friendly, and brand-consistent language. This attention to detail helped ensure that the digital experience was as delightful as the physical unboxing of the subscription boxes.
By merging the visual and experiential aspects of the brand, this project not only refreshed Daebak's identity but also enhanced the overall customer experience, making each interaction with the brand memorable and enjoyable.
Thank you Daebak!
