Daebak Company – Creative Lead (Seoul, 8 Months)

For eight months in Seoul, I led a comprehensive creative project as the Creative Lead at Daebak Company. This experience was both professionally and culturally enriching, allowing me to immerse myself in a dynamic work environment and explore South Korea’s vibrant creative culture.

Key responsibilities included:

Creative Direction for Web Design & UX/UI: I spearheaded improvements to the company’s website, enhancing both the user experience and visual design to create a more engaging and intuitive platform.
Collaborative Workshops: I organized and led workshops with content creators, designers, and developers to foster collaboration and generate innovative creative concepts.
Editorial & Visual Strategy for Daebak Magazine: I managed Daebak Magazine’s editorial content, wrote and published articles, and photographed covers and visuals for the newly launched homepage.
Illustrated Subscription Box Designs: I designed and illustrated the exterior of Daebak’s subscription boxes, creating visually striking packaging that aligned with the brand’s identity and enhanced the unboxing experience.

This experience refined my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of how design, content, and culture work together to create impactful visual narratives.
